WHAT IS FUTURE FANS ALL ABOUT?
Through our Future Fans website you are able join our extended family and be a part of all your favourite festivals, concerts, events and clubs nights and also support the artists you love. In return you get to earn $$$, FREE tickets and amazing rewards as well as the satisfaction of knowing that you played your own important part in their success.
We make it as easy as possible for you to spread the word online to all your friends and earn $$$ and reward points by selling tickets, sharing videos or generating Facebook Page ‘Likes’.
HOW DO I JOIN A FUTURE FANS?
Simply click on the ‘Sign Up’ button in the top right hand corner of the site and select ‘Connect with Facebook’ and allow access to your page, in a matter of seconds it’s all done and you’re a member of Future Fans. Alternatively you can enter your details and email.
HOW DO I START PROMOTING?
For each festival or event that you want to promote you will get your own special link to share with your friends. These links are unique to you. When someone buys tickets, music or merchandise via your link you will earn the advertised $$$ commission and reward points associated with that event. Check the icons to see how much commission and points you can earn for each event.
WHAT DO I DO WITH THE LINKS?
Share them! You can post them on your Facebook, in event invites, message friends, post in music forums and blogs, tweet them on Twitter, email all your friends and work colleagues... There are so many ways to spread the word, get creative and tell the world. The further you spread your unique links the more chances you have of earning a lot of $$$ and valuable rewards.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY FRIENDS WHEN THEY CLICK ON MY LINK?
When your friends click on your links they are sent straight to the online retailer to buy their tickets, music or merchandise. Future Fans only partners with trusted brands and sites such as Moshtix and Ticketmaster to ensure their transactions are safe and secure.
WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY REWARDS POINTS?
Rewards points can be redeemed against an impressive list of items ranging from CD’s and merchandise all the way up to holidays or even a car. Increase your Future Fans reward points ranking and you could also earn money-can't-buy experiences like hanging backstage with the artists!
HOW DO I COLLECT MY COMMISSIONS & REWARDS?
Cash commissions from sales will normally appear in your Future Fans account 2-3 days after a sale is made. You can have your commissions paid into a PayPal account or you can donate your dollars to a favourite charity. That really is sharing the love.
Once you earn enough reward points to redeem against an item you like you simply go to the rewards page and select it and we will arrange to have it sent out to you.
For other rewards, especially money-can't-buy rewards, we will contact you via email to work out the details.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MY REWARDS POINTS?
Rewards Points are accumulated each season running from 1st of July to 30 June annually. At the beginning of the new season your points balance will revert to zero so its important that you redeem your rewards points against items before 30 June otherwise any unused rewards points will be lost.
CAN ANYONE JOIN?
If you live in Australia, and are 15 or older, you can sign up and join Future Fans right now. If you're younger than 15 you’re going to have to wait, but it’s only a matter of time before you can join in the fun.
If you are under 18 you are only eligible to promote our ‘all ages’ or ‘underage’ events and you will need to collaborate with someone older, such as a parent or guardian, to set up a PayPal account before you can start receiving your rewards.
ANY TIPS?
Future Fans is all about sharing the love. As with life, the more passion you do it with, the greater the rewards. Regularly post on your Facebook wall, create your own Facebook event invite and include your unique Future Fans ticket link and then invite all your friends. Tweet the links to all your followers.
Post in music blogs and forums or email all your friends and work colleagues. The more people you tell, the more chance you have of earning a lot of cash and rewards to make it a summer you will never forget.
It’s a good idea to share artist YouTube videos along with your unique Future Fans ticket link to help get friends excited about some of the artists performing at the events.
When you post your link you will get a better response if you include a personal message along with it.
e.g. “Whose pumped for the Future Music Festival lineup in March. Clink on my link for the lowest priced tickets!”
“I can’t wait to see the Chemical Brothers at Summadayze in January. Click on my link if you want to save money and get the lowest priced tickets!”
The more imaginative and creative you get with this the better!
HOW DO I COLLECT ANY FREE TICKETS I HAVE EARNED?
You will be contacted via email prior to the date of the event to let you know how many FREE tickets you have earned. You will then either receive another email with print at home tickets or they will be available to collect from the box office on the day of the event (this may vary depending on the event).
